Anyone is welcome to submit the application.
NTCPA has been the gathering place for talents, Magistrate Chiu announced. Chiu recalled that he, as an elected representative many years ago, ever led NTCPA’s studnets abroad, and their stunning performance moved the expatriates living abroad to tears. Chiu encouraged the disadvantaged children that success will only be one step ahead if they study hard and own professional skills, and promised that the County government will spare no effort to earn and invest social resources in their education.
