Considering the approach of Chinese New Year, the General Development Department of Hsinchu County Government crafted and launched 8 types of virtual lucky stickers for the Chinese Year of the Horse. Those virtual stickers in different designs are compatible with the messaging applications. All stickers are embedded with the slogan “Bright Hsinchu County, Bright 103 (2014),” and each of them has different words attached on it, which are as follows: (1) Happy Chinese New Year, (2) good luck in Year of the Horse, (3) Bye, (4) Happy, (5) ok, (6) Like (thumbs up), (7) Yes, (8) 3Q (thank you). The stickers are, as of today (Jan.21), available for free downloads on the website of Hsinchu County Government.
