Free entry tickets for Hsinchu County’s Hakka Yimin Night to be redeemed with receipts on July 26The Hakka Yimin Festival, an annual event, is set to announce its grand opening at Hsinchu County Stadium at 6pm on August 9, 2014 (Saturday). The festivity will invite Dream-Maker Dance Group (築夢舞集), National Taiwan College of Performing Arts’ Troupe of Acrobatics (戲曲學院綜藝團), Zhen Zhong Art Troupe (振宗藝術團), Taipei Grass-Mountain folk Orchestra (草山樂坊) and Chen Zhong-Yi (陳忠義) to perform large-scale Hakka musicals, and the Golden Melody Awards singers Zeng Ya-Jun, Xie Xuan-Qi, Zeng Zhong-Wei, Xu Shi-Hui, Asian Dancing King Show Luo (羅志祥) and Dancing Queen Jolin Tsai (蔡依林) will take the stage to perform a series of songs. Anyone with an the entry ticket can get free admission, and 1 entry ticket can be redeemed with 2 receipts dated from July, 2014 to August, 2014 at the information desk of New Tile House Hakka Cultural District during 5pm to 9pm on July 26, 2014 (Saturday), with 4 tickets as the maximum redemption limit per person.
 
The Cultural Affairs Bureau will hold the “Bench Theater” at New Tile House Hakka Cultural District in Zhubei City and is to broadcast “A Time in Quchi” (暑假作業), a movie that won the Golden Horse Awards and many other prizes and highlights the relationship between grandfather and the hero grandson. Anyone who brings a stool or bench with them to the activity can get free ice cream bars, which will allow the participants to enjoy the little things in the scorching summer days.
